Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. I'm only shipping domestically in the United States.
- Domestic (US): Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Artwork Packaging All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Original works are wrapped and boxed with additional protective materials.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly. For lost shipments, please reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
